Delete your GoBeast account

Last updated

For GoBeast: Kegel Trainer for Men, published by Obscura Vertex Pte. Ltd. on Google Play and the App Store. You can delete your account and data in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest way, and it works without an email address.

  1. Open GoBeast and tap You.
  2. Tap Data.
  3. Tap Delete everything, then confirm.

Your account and your data on our servers are deleted straight away, and GoBeast's data is erased from your phone. This can't be undone.

Have a subscription? Cancel it first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google, and the app reminds you before you delete. See how to cancel.

Ask us by email

No longer have the app? Email support@gobeast.com with the subject "Delete my account". To find your account, send one of these:

  • If you signed in with Apple, Google or email: write from that address, or tell us what it is. With Sign in with Apple it may be a private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
  • If you gave us an email for billing reminders: write from that address.
  • If you subscribed: the order number from the receipt Apple or Google emailed you. Google Play order numbers look like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567.
  • If you joined the waitlist: write from the address you signed up with.

That's all we need: no ID documents, and no health details. We confirm by email when it's done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

If you never signed in, never subscribed and no longer have the app, your account is anonymous: it holds no name or email, so we can't tell which one is yours. Anonymous accounts are deleted automatically after 24 months without use.

What we delete

  • Your account, its random ID, and any sign-in or reminder email address
  • Your progress backup: programs started, completed lessons and sessions, session summaries, Kegel level, streak and reminder time
  • Your account settings and push tokens
  • Our copy of your subscription status
  • Your customer record at RevenueCat, our subscription service
  • Your analytics profile and events at PostHog, if you allowed analytics
  • Everything GoBeast stored on your phone, when you delete in the app
  • Your waitlist entry, if you ask

Your onboarding and check-in answers were never on our servers. Deleting in the app erases them from your phone.
