What GoBeast is
GoBeast is an exercise and education app for men. A calm voice and haptic cues count you through every squeeze, hold and release, so you never have to watch a timer. The voice keeps going with the screen locked. Short daily sessions, about 10 minutes. No equipment needed.
Inside the app:
- Kegel trainer. Ten levels of pelvic-floor patterns, including reverse Kegels. One tap after each session ("too easy", "right" or "too hard") sets the pace.
- Lessons. Four- to six-minute audio lessons with a full transcript. Health information links to its sources.
- Practices. Paced breathing and body-scan practices to help you relax.
- Cardio and power sessions. Audio-guided walks and runs, and pelvic-floor and strength sessions, including a floor-free desk version.
Pain switches you to a relax-first path, and every session ends with a relaxation set.
GoBeast is coming to iPhone and Android, and as a web app you can install from your browser. It opens country by country in early 2027. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens where you live. Until then, you can try the free Kegel timer in your browser.
What GoBeast is not
GoBeast is training and education, not medical care. It works alongside medical care, not instead of it. If your erections change, see a doctor: it can be an early sign of other health problems.
GoBeast is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Who's behind it
GoBeast is built by its founder. The guides on this site carry the founder's byline, and the founder is responsible for what they say.
The founder is not a doctor or a physiotherapist. So every health statement on this site and in the app comes from a published guideline, review or trial, and links to its source. No page has been medically reviewed yet. Our plan for that, and how we check each page, is in our editorial policy.

Our honest-billing promise
These are built into the app:
- The full price is on the paywall before you start.
- On a free trial? We show the exact date it ends.
- We remind you 3 days before every charge.
- Settings shows your next charge, and one tap opens the cancel screen.
- Forgot to cancel a renewal and haven't used it since? Refund within 7 days (on iPhone, Apple makes the final call).
Your personal plan is free to see: answer a few questions and practise finding the muscle. Training needs GoBeast Pro: $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $14.99 a month. Billing goes through the App Store or Google Play, and there's nothing to buy on this website. These are US prices; the app shows your local price before you buy.

Private by design
Your onboarding and check-in answers stay on your phone and are never sent to our servers. There are no ad trackers in the app, and we never sell your data. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers. The details are in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
How we make money
