The GoBeast app
GoBeast: a voice-guided Kegel app for men
Train the pelvic-floor muscles involved in erections and ejaculation, with a voice that counts you through every squeeze, hold and release. The web app is available now. iPhone and Android are coming early 2027.
Free to start
Get your free plan in about 3 minutes
Answer a few private questions, practise finding the muscle with a guided first squeeze, and see your personal plan. You don't need an account to start.
Training needs GoBeast Pro: $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $14.99 a month. We remind you 3 days before every charge.
Exercise and education app. Not medical care.
Why another Kegel app
A Kegel takes seconds to learn and is easy to drop. Counting reps while you watch a screen gets old fast, and many apps make the billing hard to follow. When we checked seven Kegel apps on 24 Oct 2026, five listed a weekly plan or more than one price for the same plan length, and only one mentioned reverse Kegels. The full comparison has the details and says where those apps are better than ours.
GoBeast is built the other way round: a voice you can follow with your eyes closed, the let-go trained as well as the squeeze, and a price you can read in one line.
How it works
- Answer a few private questions. About 3 minutes. Your answers stay on your phone and shape your plan.
- Find the muscle. A guided first squeeze shows you which muscle to use before you train.
- Follow your plan. Press start and put the phone down; the voice counts you through each rep. Short daily sessions, about 10 minutes, and your level rises with your sessions, not the calendar.
Steps one and two are free in the web app today.
What's inside
Train the pelvic-floor muscles involved in erections and ejaculation.1,2,3 Here's what a subscription includes.
- An eyes-free player
- A calm voice and haptic cues for every squeeze, hold and release, so you never have to watch a timer. The voice keeps going with the screen locked, and rests tell you what's next with a countdown.
- Ten levels, including reverse Kegels
- Pelvic-floor patterns from short pulses at Level 1 to longer mixed sets at Level 10, with reverse Kegels among them. A plan that progresses week by week. No deadlines. Five sessions at a level open the next; after a week or more off you step back one level, and the app tells you so.
- Release in every session
- Pain switches you to a relax-first path, and every session ends with a relaxation set.4 A Pain button on the player stops the session.
- Lessons
- Audio lessons of 4 to 6 minutes with a full transcript, line diagrams and one action to try. Lessons on the anxiety loop, how erections work and when it's medical. Health information links to its sources.
- Control and relaxation practices
- Arousal-awareness drills and the stop-start method, as taught by sex therapists.5 Breath and pelvic control drills. Paced breathing and body-scan practices to help you relax.6
- Cardio and strength, with a tiger trainer
- Audio-guided walks and runs on the same eyes-free player, and 10, 20 or 30 minute power sessions of pelvic-floor and strength work, including a floor-free desk version. Every strength move is demonstrated by the tiger trainer, a clothed, stylised 3D figure; switch to a mannequin or a line drawing in You, then Training.
How to choose a Kegel app, and how GoBeast measures up
Whichever app you pick, check these things first. They're the same checks we use in our guide to choosing a Kegel app.
| What to look for | Why | In GoBeast |
|---|---|---|
| Voice or audio cues | So you can train with the phone in your pocket, without watching a timer | A calm voice and haptic cues for every squeeze, hold and release; it keeps going with the screen locked |
| A release or relax phase | A Kegel has two halves, the squeeze and the let-go | Reverse Kegels in the levels. Pain switches you to a relax-first path, and every session ends with a relaxation set. |
| Progression | So sessions change as you do | Ten levels. A plan that progresses week by week. No deadlines. |
| Guidance for men | The cues are different for men | Built for men, with lessons on how erections work and when it's medical |
| Billing you can follow | Weekly plans and small-print renewals cost the most | Two prices, no weekly plan, a reminder 3 days before every charge |
| Privacy | Your answers are sensitive | No advertising or attribution SDKs in the app; answers stay on your phone |
Red flags in any app: a trial toggle on the paywall that switches between a free-trial plan and a paid one, a renewal price in small print, and weekly plans. Before you pay for any app, read its In-App Purchases list on the App Store page, note the trial end date, and know where you'd cancel.
What the screens look like
We'll add real screenshots when the apps are on the stores. Until then, here's what you see.
- The player
- A glowing core that rises and brightens as you squeeze and settles as you let go, the cue word, a bar for the total time, and the Pain button.
- The rest screen
- The next move's demo and a countdown, such as "Next: glute bridge in 10".
- Today
- One training block, the next lesson and an optional practice, each tagged if it needs privacy, a partner or 20 minutes or more. You can swap an item or move it to tomorrow.
- The paywall
- Two plans, with the billed price as the biggest number. Under it, a timeline with real dates: full access today, the day we remind you, and the day you'd be charged.
- Settings
- A next-charge card with the date, the amount and the store, and the button that opens the store's cancel screen.
Who it's for
Men aged 18 and over who want a plan and a voice in their ear rather than a bare timer. It suits men who'd rather train in private than talk to anyone yet. No equipment needed.
It isn't for anyone under 18, or for anyone looking for explicit content. It works alongside medical care, not instead of it.7,3 See a doctor first if:
- You have pain in your pelvis, genitals, perineum or bottom, pain when you ejaculate or pee, or trouble starting to pee.4
- You have new or changing urinary symptoms, such as a weak stream, straining, or peeing more often or at night. See a doctor before starting pelvic-floor training.8
- You've recently had prostate or pelvic surgery or radiotherapy. Follow your care team's plan first. GoBeast isn't designed for recovery after surgery.9
If your erections change, see a doctor: it can be an early sign of other health problems.10,11
The price, in full
| Plan | Price | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Your plan | $0 to see it | Answer a few private questions, practise finding the muscle, and get your personal plan before you pay anything. |
| GoBeast Pro, yearly | $59.99 a year | Starts with a 7-day free trial. We remind you 3 days before it ends. Then $59.99 a year unless you cancel. |
| GoBeast Pro, monthly | $14.99 a month | No trial. Cancel any time. |
- One subscription with everything included. No weekly plan, no add-ons, no upsells.
- A reminder 3 days before every charge: always for a trial ending and a yearly renewal, and on by default for monthly renewals.
- Settings shows your next charge, and one tap opens the App Store or Google Play cancel screen.
- Refunds: the free trial is the try-out, so we don't refund a purchase you chose. Forgot to cancel? A renewal is refunded if you ask within 7 days of the charge and haven't started a session since. On iPhone, Apple makes the final call. If a renewal ever goes out without its reminder, we refund it without being asked.12
- Founding members: join the waitlist for a 30-day free trial at launch, with your own code. After the 30 days it's $59.99 a year unless you cancel, and we remind you 3 days before.
The plan is free to see. You decide about Pro after you've seen it.
Private by design
- Your onboarding answers stay on your phone and shape your plan. You can start without an account.
- No advertising or attribution SDKs in the app, and we never sell your data.13
- An app lock, a discreet icon option, and neutral reminders such as "Your 6-minute session is ready".
- This website has no cookies and no trackers.
Where it runs
The web app is available now at app.gobeast.com, and you can install it from your browser. It has the same voice cues; haptic cues need the iPhone or Android app, and on the web the screen stays on during a session. The iPhone and Android apps are coming early 2027. Headphones help if you want the voice to stay private.
What we can't show you yet
There are no store ratings or reviews, because GoBeast isn't on the stores yet, and we won't post testimonials we don't have. No trial has tested GoBeast. If a long track record matters to you, compare Kegel apps for men, where we list where other apps are the better pick, or see the Dr. Kegel alternatives and what Dr. Kegel costs.
