How much does The Coach app cost?

On the US App Store, The Coach costs $6.99 a week, $9.99 or $19.99 a month, or $49.99 to $69.99 a year, and some plans start with a free week. It also sells plans on its website. Here's every price, what you get, how it compares with Dr. Kegel, and how to cancel.

Quick verdict

Worth the price?

  • The Coach is the better pick if you want a long, lesson-led programme: an 8-week and a 12-week programme plus a long-term one, with workouts, nutrition, meditations and breathing. It has 4.7 stars from 5,762 US ratings.
  • Choose GoBeast (made by us) if you mainly want Kegels with a voice to follow, reverse Kegels and a relaxation set in every session, and two prices with a reminder 3 days before every charge.
  • On The Coach, yearly is far cheaper than weekly: a year costs $49.99 to $69.99, while 52 weeks at $6.99 cost $363.48.

Your GoBeast plan is free to see. Training needs GoBeast Pro: $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $14.99 a month. We remind you 3 days before every charge.

Apple shows at most 10 purchase items and doesn't label them, so the price you're offered can differ by country or offer.1 The listing's own terms add that any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

On Google Play, The Coach For Him lists in-app purchases from $9.99 to $49.99 per item.2 The Coach also sells subscriptions on its own website.3 We didn't buy one, so we can't tell you those prices. Supplements are separate: its terms describe a supplements subscription that ships every one, three or six months, charged for the product and shipping.

What The Coach does well

  • A much bigger curriculum than a Kegel-only app: structured programmes with modules, 150+ workouts, nutrition, a fasting tracker, meditations and breathing.1 Its Google Play listing adds video courses and articles from coaches, and podcasts.2
  • 4.7 stars from 5,762 US App Store ratings.
  • A partner-skills add-on, and a separate app for women, The Coach For Her, from the same developer.1
  • Five languages, on iPhone and Android today.
  • Its lowest yearly item, $49.99, is below GoBeast's $59.99.
  • For website purchases, its terms include a money-back option when it was offered at checkout, with conditions in section 11.3

What to check before you pay

  • Ten US App Store items, including two weekly plans. Which price you see can vary.
  • Weekly is the expensive way in: 52 weeks at $6.99 cost $363.48, about six times the $59.99 yearly item.
  • "Sensitive Info" is listed under "Data Used to Track You".
  • Plans bought on its website are cancelled by contacting The Coach in the app, not in your phone's subscription settings.3
  • Neither listing mentions voice cues or reverse Kegels.

How GoBeast helps

GoBeast does less than The Coach on purpose. It's built around the Kegel session, with a voice you can follow with your eyes closed and the let-go trained as well as the squeeze.

Is The Coach worth it?

If you want lessons on top of the exercises and you'll use them, a yearly plan at $49.99 to $69.99 works out to $4.17 to $5.83 a month. Avoid the weekly plans unless you only want a short look. If you mainly want Kegels, compare the focused apps above first; some cost far less.

Does it work? We can't tell you. Our PubMed search in October 2026 found no randomised trial of an app-only pelvic-floor programme for erection problems or early ejaculation, The Coach and GoBeast included. Pelvic-floor training has been studied for erection problems. The trials were small, mostly supervised clinic programmes with biofeedback, and their results were mixed. No guideline recommends training for erection problems, so treat it as one tool alongside a check-up with your doctor.8,9,10

How to cancel The Coach

  • iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, The Coach, Cancel Subscription. Its terms ask you to turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial or the current period.11,3
  • Android: go to your subscriptions in Google Play, pick The Coach, then Cancel subscription.12
  • Bought on its website: contact The Coach in the app, under Profile, then Support on Android, or Profile, then Account Settings on iPhone.3

Deleting the app doesn't cancel. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases go through Apple or Google; website refunds are at The Coach's discretion, apart from the money-back option in section 11 of its terms.13,14,3 Every step is in our cancel guide.

How we checked

We make GoBeast, one of the alternatives. On 24 Oct 2026 we read The Coach's US App Store page (description, subscription terms, purchase list, privacy label and version history), its US Google Play listing and its Terms of Service, plus the listings of each alternative. We didn't buy a plan. Ratings are the stores' own counts. We don't repeat any app's outcome figures, and we don't present user reviews as fact. Corrections to support@gobeast.com; we reply within 2 business days.
