Kegel Men app review and alternatives

Kegel Men at a glance

App Store rating counts come from Apple's lookup service for the US store.¹ Apple shows at most 10 purchase items and doesn't label them, so the price you're offered can differ by country or offer.

Is the Kegel Men app legit?

Yes, in the sense that matters before you pay. It's a real app from a named company, DGT Yazılım in Istanbul, listed on the App Store since August 2022, with more than a million Google Play downloads.^1,2 When you buy inside the app, Apple or Google handles the billing.

Two things to know. Its listing says the plan is "designed by physiotherapists and doctors", but it doesn't name them, so we can't check that.³ And it also sells subscriptions on its website, which you cancel differently (see below).⁴

What Kegel Men does well

• More Google Play reviews than any other men's Kegel app we checked: 118,112, at 4.6, and more than a million downloads.²
• More than Kegels: fitness routines, breathing exercises, habit challenges (No Smoking, Better Sleep and Mindful Focus are named) and articles, in one plan built from a quiz.³
• A community, plus an AI chat you can send voice messages to and podcasts, which its version notes added.
• iPad support and 11 languages.
• Some of its prices are lower than ours. Its US App Store list includes $9.99 a month and $23.99 or $49.99 a year, against GoBeast's $14.99 a month or $59.99 a year.
• It's on iPhone and Android today. GoBeast's phone apps arrive in early 2027.

What to check before you pay

• The US App Store lists ten items: three monthly prices ($9.99, $14.99 and $19.99), two 6-month prices, three yearly prices and two add-ons. Which one you're shown can vary.³
• Neither listing mentions a free trial, or says what you get without paying.
• Purchases, Identifiers and Usage Data are listed under "Data Used to Track You".
• Neither listing mentions voice cues or reverse Kegels.
• The Terms of Use linked from its App Store page are dated 5 August 2022 and don't cover subscriptions. Its help centre does.^5,4

Does Kegel Men work?

We can't tell you, and neither can its listing. Our PubMed search in October 2026 found no randomised trial of an app-only pelvic-floor programme for erection problems or early ejaculation. That goes for Kegel Men and for GoBeast.

Pelvic-floor training has been studied for erection problems. The trials were small, mostly supervised clinic programmes with biofeedback, and their results were mixed. No guideline recommends training for erection problems, so treat it as one tool alongside a check-up with your doctor.^6,7,8 More in how long Kegels take to work.

Kegel Men vs Dr. Kegel

Pick Dr. Kegel for short, vibration-paced sessions and far more App Store ratings. Pick Kegel Men if you want breathing and fitness routines around the Kegels. Neither listing mentions voice cues or reverse Kegels. More on Dr. Kegel in Dr. Kegel alternatives and how much Dr. Kegel costs.

How GoBeast helps

GoBeast is narrower than Kegel Men: it's built around the Kegel session itself, with a voice you can follow with your eyes closed. Here's the side-by-side.

Is Kegel Men worth it?

If you'll use the fitness and breathing parts as well as the Kegels, and you're offered a yearly plan, it costs $2.00 to $5.00 a month, depending on which of the three yearly prices you see ($23.99, $49.99 or $59.99). Monthly is the expensive way in: a year at $19.99 a month costs $239.88.

If you mainly want Kegels with a voice to follow and a release phase, a more focused app fits better. Want to try before paying anyone? Learn how to find your pelvic floor, then use our free Kegel timer, with voice cues and no sign-up.

How to cancel a Kegel Men subscription

Cancel with whoever bills you. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything.¹²

• iPhone or iPad: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Kegel Men, Cancel Subscription. On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.¹³
• Android: go to your subscriptions in Google Play, pick Kegel Men, then Cancel subscription. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.¹²
• Bought on Kegel Men's website: its help centre says to cancel in its customer portal, where you find your subscription by email address, customer ID or the last 4 digits of your card. If you can't find it, send a request through support.kegelmen.app.⁴

Not sure which? Apple says that if there's no Apple receipt, another company may be billing you.¹³ Refunds: Apple decides App Store refunds, and Google Play refunds within 48 hours of purchase go through Google, later ones through the developer.^14,15 For website purchases, Kegel Men's refund policy has a money-back option only if it was offered at checkout, you ask within 30 days of your first purchase and before the period ends, and you followed the plan on at least 14 of those first 30 days. A bank fee may be deducted.¹⁶ Every step is in our cancel guide.

How we checked

We make GoBeast, one of the alternatives. On 24 Oct 2026 we read Kegel Men's US App Store page (description, purchase list, privacy label and version history), its US Google Play listing, the Terms of Use linked from it and its help centre articles on cancelling and refunds, plus the listings of each alternative. Ratings are the stores' own counts. We don't repeat any app's outcome figures, and we don't present user reviews as fact. Corrections to support@gobeast.com; we reply within 2 business days.
