How to cancel a Kegel app subscription
Cancel where you pay, not in the app you train with. Steps for iPhone, Android and website subscriptions, checked against Apple's and Google's help pages on 24 Oct 2026.
We make GoBeast, a Kegel app for men. We say where other apps are the better pick, and every fact about another app is dated and comes from its public listing. Spot a mistake? Email support@gobeast.com.
The short answer
Cancel with whoever bills you. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, pick the app, Cancel Subscription. On Android: open your subscriptions in Google Play, pick the app, Cancel subscription. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything, and a subscription bought on a website is cancelled with that company.
Our billing promise
If you switch, pick an app that warns you first
- A reminder 3 days before every charge, including the end of a free trial.
- One tap from Settings to the App Store or Google Play cancel screen. No questions first.
- Forgot to cancel a renewal and haven't trained since? Ask within 7 days of the charge and it's refunded. On iPhone, Apple makes the final call.
That's GoBeast's promise, written into our terms.1 Your personal plan is free to see in the web app now. Training needs GoBeast Pro: $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $14.99 a month. iPhone and Android are coming early 2027.
Exercise and education app. Not medical care.
First, find out who bills you
- An email titled "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple" means the App Store bills you.
- An order in your Google Play order history means Google Play bills you.
- Neither? Look at your card statement. Apple says that if there's no Apple receipt, another company may be billing you, and you should contact that company.2 That's usually a subscription bought on the app's website.
iPhone or iPad
These are Apple's steps:2
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to find it.
On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you don't want it to renew. If the app isn't in the list, check the Apple Account named on your receipt. You can't cancel a family member's subscription; they have to.
On a Mac: open the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, click your name again, then Subscriptions, the subscription, and Cancel Subscription.
Android
These are Google's steps:3
- Go to your subscriptions in Google Play. On a computer, that's play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Google is clear on one point: "When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel."
Bought on a website?
Some apps sell subscriptions through a quiz on their website, billed straight to your card. Those don't appear in your App Store or Google Play list, so the store can't cancel them. Cancel with the company and keep the confirmation email.
The Coach is one example. Its terms say you cancel a subscription bought on its website by contacting the company from inside the app: Profile, then Support on Android, or Profile, then Account Settings on iPhone. The same terms offer a refund on a website purchase if you contact them within 30 days of buying.4
App by app
- Dr. Kegel
- Billed by the App Store or Google Play. Its terms say to cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial or the current period, that deleting the app doesn't cancel, and that refunds follow the store's rules.5
- Kegel Men
- Cancel in the App Store or Google Play using the steps above. In its Google Play replies, the developer sends subscription questions to support.kegelmen.app. That page showed a bot check on 24 Oct 2026, so we can't quote its steps.6
- The Coach
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions: the store steps above. Website subscriptions: contact them from inside the app, as described in the section above.4
- Kegel Trainer PFM
- Its App Store listing says you can cancel Pro at any time in your Apple account settings.7 On Android, use Google Play.
- Senses
- Its App Store listing says to turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The listing says you can't cancel the current period, only turn off the renewal.8
- Stamena
- iPhone only, so cancel through Apple with the steps above.9
- GoBeast (made by us)
- In the app, go to You, then Subscription; one tap opens the App Store or Google Play cancel screen. The store steps above work too.10
Check it worked
- Open your subscriptions list again and check the app no longer shows a renewal date.
- Keep the cancellation email from Apple, Google or the company.
- Look at your next card statement for any charge you didn't expect.
Refunds
Cancelling stops the next charge. It doesn't refund the last one; that's a separate request.
- App Store: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Request a refund, pick a reason and the subscription, and submit. Apple says to expect an update within 24 to 48 hours, and Apple decides.11
- Google Play: within 48 hours of the purchase, go to play.google.com, your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & order history, then Report a problem on the order. After 48 hours, ask the app's developer, who handles refunds under its own policy.12
- Website: the company's own refund policy applies. Read its terms.
Next time: how to choose an app you won't have to fight
Before your next trial, spend five minutes on the billing and the basics.
- Red flags on the paywall: a trial toggle that switches between a free-trial plan and a paid one, a renewal price in small print under a big per-week figure, and weekly plans. At $4.99 a week, 52 weeks cost $259.48.
- Check the App Store page's In-App Purchases list. Several prices for the same plan length mean the price depends on the offer you see.
- Prefer apps that sell through the App Store or Google Play, so you can cancel from your phone.
- Then check the training: voice or audio cues, a release phase such as reverse Kegels, levels that progress, and guidance written for men. One trial taught men to check that "the base of your penis" moves "nearer to your abdomen" as they squeeze.13
Our comparison of Kegel apps for men applies these checks to eight apps, and the free Kegel apps page covers what you get without paying. To keep training with no subscription at all, learn how to find your pelvic floor and use our free Kegel timer.
Questions
Does deleting a Kegel app cancel the subscription?
No. Google says so in its help pages, and Dr. Kegel's and The Coach's terms say the same. Cancel in the store or with the company that bills you.
Can I cancel during a free trial?
Yes. On Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don't want it to renew.
Why isn't the app in my subscriptions list?
It may be billed to another Apple or Google account, to a family member, or by the company's website. Check your receipts and card statement.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Not automatically. Cancelling stops the next charge. Ask Apple, Google or the company separately, using the steps above.
How do I cancel Dr. Kegel?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Dr. Kegel, Cancel Subscription. On Android: your subscriptions in Google Play. See also what Dr. Kegel costs.
