How much does Dr. Kegel cost?
Dr. Kegel is free to download, but nothing works without a subscription. These are the ten prices on its US App Store page on 24 Oct 2026, and what each comes to.

The short answer
Dr. Kegel lists prices from $4.99 a week to $59.99 a year on the US App Store. The yearly items work out cheapest, at $2.50, $4.75 or $5.00 a month, and the monthly items are $12.99 and $19.99. It's free to download, but "All features require an active subscription."1

How to check any Kegel app's price before you pay
- Open the app's App Store page and scroll to In-App Purchases. Apple lists up to 10 prices there, without saying which is which.
- Count the prices for the same length. Several yearly prices mean the one you're offered depends on the offer you see.
- Look for a weekly plan. Weekly is the most expensive way to pay over a year.
- On the paywall in the app, find the amount you'll be billed and when. Red flags: a trial toggle that flips between a free-trial plan and a paid one, and a renewal price in small print under a big per-week figure.
- Note the trial end date. Apple says to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you don't want it to renew.3
Price is one part. The app should also give you voice or audio cues, a release phase such as reverse Kegels, progression you can see, and guidance written for men. Our guide to choosing a Kegel app explains each.

Apple doesn't say which of these are introductory offers, regional prices or older plans. The paywall inside the app is where you see the price you'd actually pay.
Is Dr. Kegel free?
Only to download. The listing says "All features require an active subscription." There's no free tier to train with.
What about the "7 Day Trial" item?
The App Store lists an item called "1 Week, 7 Day Trial" at $9.99, and the listing doesn't explain what it includes. If the app offers you a trial, read two things on the paywall before you tap: how long the trial lasts and what you'll pay after it.
The weekly plan, over a year
At $4.99 a week, 13 weeks cost $64.87, which is already more than a year at $59.99. Over 52 weeks a weekly plan comes to $259.48.
What you get for the money
The listing describes six parts:
- A Kegel training plan: 5 minutes a day, squeezing to the rhythm of the phone's vibration, with difficulty that adjusts.
- Groin fitness exercises.
- A progress tracker.
- Mind Cleaner, which the listing describes as a psychological technique for stress and anxiety.
- Daily challenges for habits.
- An insights library of short stories on men's health topics.
It runs on iPhone and Android, in English and 5 other languages. The listing mentions no voice cues and no reverse Kegels. You don't need any app to start: no equipment needed, and our guide on how to find your pelvic floor covers the first step.
Google Play prices
The Google Play listing shows a 4.8 rating from 21,175 reviews and more than a million downloads, and says the app has in-app purchases. It doesn't show plan prices, so we couldn't check them.4

How to cancel, and refunds
Dr. Kegel is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there. Its terms say to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a free trial or the current period, that deleting the app doesn't cancel, and that refunds follow the store's rules.5
- iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Dr. Kegel, Cancel Subscription.3
- Android: your subscriptions in Google Play, Dr. Kegel, Cancel subscription.6
- Refund on iPhone: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides.7
- Refund on Android: through Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase; after that, ask the developer.8

The monthly items on the US App Store are $12.99 and $19.99. A yearly plan works out to $2.50, $4.75 or $5.00 a month, depending on which yearly price you're offered.
Is there a lifetime plan?
Not on the US App Store purchase list on 24 Oct 2026. Every item listed is weekly, monthly, 3-monthly or yearly, plus the trial item.
Does Dr. Kegel have a free trial?
The App Store lists an item named "1 Week, 7 Day Trial" at $9.99, without explaining it. Check the paywall in the app for the trial length and the price after it.
Why do I see a different price?
Prices differ by country, and apps can show different offers to different people. Apple's list also stops at 10 items.
How do I stop paying for Dr. Kegel?
